To register for a Kriyka account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:
Kriyka reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or after your account is active. This may include a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended until verification is complete.
Age Verification: Kriyka takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period will be withheld until verification is complete.
Once your Kriyka account is active, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested. Kriyka cannot reverse transactions that were authorised using your correct login credentials.
You are required to keep your username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. Kriyka accepts deposits through a range of local payment methods available to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no conversion fees applied by Kriyka on standard deposit transactions.
Deposits are credited to your Kriyka account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 15 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Third-Party Payments: Depositing funds from a payment account that is not registered in your own name is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests on Kriyka are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a different account or payment method without completing an additional verification process.
To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. Unverified accounts can deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is complete. Kriyka strongly recommends completing verification shortly after registration to avoid delays when you want to withdraw.
Kriyka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed in full before you opt in. The general bonus terms below apply to all offers unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
Bonus Abuse: Kriyka monitors bonus usage patterns. Accounts identified as exploiting bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies — will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
All games available on the Kriyka platform use independently certified random number generation (RNG) software. This means that every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by Kriyka or by any player. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the long-run theoretical return of each game.
Each game on Kriyka has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Kriyka is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Kriyka reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Kriyka provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits Kriyka's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Kriyka may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable regulations, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email using the address on file for their account.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Kriyka platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
